And also, cold water will close your pores, that will make your skin appear more even (honestly what we want in life).

I know it's not easy to take a bath with cold water! But if somehow you manage to escape that discomfort, this may have lots of benefits to your body! It helps to wake you up in the morning, that's for sure. It wakes you up with a literal shock to your system which will increase circulation, burning fat (your body has to work harder to maintain it's normal temperature). Warm water can helps break down the food in your stomach, which will make it easier for you to digest and also improve bowel movements ad relieve constipation.
